Outdure Academy — Fees, Refunds and Cancellation Terms

1. Academy is free
1.1 Participation in Outdure Academy is provided at no charge. There is no fee to enrol, to take a course, to sit or retake an assessment, to apply for or hold any status, to be listed in the installer directory, to receive an enquiry, to use a status badge, or to take part in any benefit tied to a status.
1.2 Because nothing is charged, no refund arises. If we have taken money from you in connection with Academy, we have made a mistake — tell us at academy@outdure.com and we will return it.
2. Nothing may be required of you
2.1 You are not required to pay us, or anyone connected with us, anything at all — by any name and in any form — as a condition of obtaining, holding, renewing or using an Academy status, listing, badge, referral or benefit.
2.2 In particular, none of the following is required and none may be introduced as a condition of any Academy status: a course, exam, assessment, application, administration or verification fee; a listing, badge, membership, renewal or subscription fee; a marketing levy or co-operative advertising contribution; a paid tier, premium listing, priority routing or lead subscription; a minimum purchase, minimum stock holding, starter kit, sample kit or tool kit you must buy; a required purchase of branded signage, vehicle livery, workwear or marketing material; a deposit, refundable or otherwise; or the purchase of any product.
2.3 Anything with the economic character of a required payment counts, however it is labelled — "administration fee", "verification fee", "at-cost materials", "refundable deposit", "contribution".
2.4 Anything we give you in connection with Academy — training, support, a welcome pack, marketing assets, reward items — is free, and is never something you must buy or hold.
3. This is a rule about how the programme is built
Section 2 is not a description of current pricing. It is a standing rule about the design of the programme, and it is not varied in the ordinary commercial course. No Academy fee, charge, levy, deposit, mandatory kit, mandatory training charge, paid tier or minimum-purchase requirement may be introduced, in any market, without a specific prior decision taken with legal advice. If you are ever asked to pay anything for an Academy status, listing, badge or benefit, that is a mistake — please tell us at academy@outdure.com.
4. Optional paid things that are not Academy
Some of our products and services are paid — for example, software subscriptions, or products you buy from a supplier. Those are separate offerings with their own terms and their own pricing, and they are never a condition of any Academy status, and never affect one. A discount offered to Academy participants on a separate paid product remains optional; declining it has no effect on your status.
5. Cancelling your participation
5.1 You may stop taking part at any time, for any reason, by writing to academy@outdure.com. There is no notice period, no cancellation charge and no consequence.
5.2 On cancelling: your course-content licence ends; any directory listing is removed; your permission to use a badge or status description ends and use must stop within 30 days. A Certificate of Completion already issued to you remains yours.
5.3 We may end your participation only through the process in the Academy Assessment and Revocation Policy.
6. If a paid element is ever introduced
If we ever introduce a charge for anything within Academy, it will be published in advance, in an amended version of this document, with its own price, cancellation and refund terms, and with any cooling-off and mandatory consumer rights that apply where you are. No charge applies to anyone retrospectively, and no existing status, listing or benefit becomes conditional on paying it.
Governing law and disputes are set out in the Academy Jurisdiction Overlays, which apply to this document as if set out in it in full. Nothing here limits a right you have under the law of your own country that cannot lawfully be excluded, including a consumer guarantee.
