Outdure Academy — Cookie and Tracking Notice

This notice explains how cookies and similar technologies are used on the Outdure Academy training platform and its public pages. Read it with the Academy Learner Privacy Notice. "Cookies" here includes pixels, local storage and equivalent technologies.
1. Categories

2. Consent, by where you are
- At general availability, the Academy sets only strictly-necessary cookies (sign-in, session, security, and remembering where you are in a course) and functional preference storage you control (such as your language). No analytics or marketing cookies are set, in any market, so no cookie-consent banner is required.
- If this ever changes, this notice is updated first, and where the law of your location requires opt-in consent before a non-essential cookie is set (for example in the EU or UK), that consent is obtained before any such cookie fires.
- Where a US state law gives you a right to opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information, that right is honoured — contact privacy@outdure.com.
3. Managing your choices
Manage functional preferences — such as your language — in your account settings. You can also manage or clear cookies in your browser, which affects every site you visit. Because the Academy sets no analytics or marketing cookies at general availability, there is no tracking to opt out of.

Where a tool is not confirmed as deployed, it is blocked. This table is updated as tools are confirmed, with the vendor, the purpose, the category and the cookie's own lifetime.
Operational monitoring. The platform uses server-side error monitoring (Sentry) to stay reliable. This is not advertising or usage-analytics tracking and does not set marketing or analytics cookies; how the limited technical information involved is handled is described in the Academy Learner Privacy Notice.
5. Relationship to the privacy notices
This notice covers the cookie mechanics. Where a cookie collects personal information — for example an analytics identifier linked to your account — how we handle that information is described in the Academy Learner Privacy Notice.
6. Changes
We may update this notice; a material change carries a new version number and effective date.
